  • Handle staff attendance, leave and staff record management etc
  • Maintain accurate and systematic HR filing system
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR & administrative policies and procedures
  • Participate in the implementation of HRIS


  • Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • Hands-on experience / interested in attendance and leave management are a MUST
  • Well versed in employment ordinances and other related legal regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good team player, self-motivated and willing to accept challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability preferred

Salary: HK$15,000 - $16,000

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Executive
