HR & Admin Executive /Assistant


  • Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, leave & attendance records, payroll, MPF administration and medical benefit etc.
  • Prepare various HR reports such as headcount report, recruitment processing report and turnover rate report, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and systematic HR filing system
  • Responsible for office administration, including preparation of memos, monitoring the contractor services for the office and centers
  • Formulate and implement HR & administrative policies and procedures
  • Participate in the implementation of HRIS


  • Diploma/Degree Holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Hands-on  experience in payroll processing, leave and attendance record management, or recruitment a definite advantage
  • Well versed in employment ordinances and other related legal regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good team player, self-motivated and willing to accept challenges
  • Flexible and people-oriented with positive demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Working Location: Shatin
