職責 : 向客戶提供地產居屋市場資訊, 與業主建立良好關係, 居屋市場分析及策劃, 提高居屋市場佔有率

資歷 : 中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂閱讀英文; 持有地產營業員牌照（S牌）; 持有地產代理牌照（E牌）

待遇 :每月$9,200 - $20,000 (視乎經驗而定), 有佣金, 員工購物優惠, 在職培訓, 新人獎$11100 及晉升機會, 上午10時至下午8時或上午9時半至下午9時, 每週工作6天,輪班,輪休, 每天工作 9 小時
