HR & Admin. Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions and general office administration;
  • Assist in organizing company’s activities;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, such as prepare quotation

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 3 years’ administrative experience in sizeable company;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and fast Chinese typing;
  • Well-organized, multi-tasking, self-motivated, meticulous, efficient & effective;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, and effective problem solving & decision making;
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
