Sales/Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales: execute clearance sale, promotions, supported by staff incentive and targets. Initiate action plans to increase top up revenue by continually improving conversion of customers from non-buy to buy.
  • Proper and timely response for problems received directly from users.
  • Handle users’ enquiries and requests in a professional manner and maintain a good relationship with our users
  • Foster a positive relationship with users to improve engagement and develop lasting relationship
  • Understand clients’ changing needs and preference, and provide tailor-made VIP events and schemes to drive spend, retention and loyalty by analysing customer data
  • Create an effective customer journey and ensure VIPs have a superior customer experience throughout the platform
  • 5 Days per week might need to work on shift duties depends on teammate leave (Mon to Fri 17:00 to 26:00, Sat and Sun 16:00 to 25:00)
     

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing start-up is preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with Gaming/Live-streaming knowledge is an advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Able to operate effectively in stressful situations, e.g. during an event outage effecting critical systems and high-level users. Ability to deal with users effectively and calmly in crisis situations
  • Proven ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment
  • Immediate available is an advantage
