Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, websites and online platforms

• Coordinate the production of online and offline marketing materials, including promotional and branding collaterals

• Support loyalty programmes to enhance customer retention and engagement

• Build brand presence through PR activities, influencer collaborations and community engagement initiatives

• Explore and establish partnership opportunities with shopping malls and delivery platforms and other business partners

• Liaise with internal departments, agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns

• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to maximize marketing ROI

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines

• 2+ years of relevant experience for Marketing Executive; 4+ years for Senior Marketing Executive

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, industries is preferred

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or related design tools will be an advantage, have design experience is a plus
