Role Purpose:

Providing supports to the team to ensure smooth HR Operations in both Office and retails shops

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all-round HR support including compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HRIS, attendance record management, leave management, etc.

• Work closely with department heads and line managers on various HR functions

• Maintain accurate payroll records (HK & APAC) and month payroll reports

• Review and update existing HR policies, procedures and regulations

• Maintain HRIS and coordinate with vendor to ensure personnel records, data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality

• Drive employee engagement and performance management programs

• Support the employee life cycle on hiring Shop employees

• Participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources discipline or other related discipline

• 3-5 years of HR experiences, preferably gained in a sizeable organization

• Well-versed of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance & Regulations; familiarity with APAC labor laws is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel (pivot table & vlookup), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good numerical sense and detail-minded with good communication skills, detail minded

• Good commend of spoken and written English & Chinese and Mandarin

• More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
