Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies for assigned brands and products 
• Work closely with agency to manage and optimize company products at social media presence, includes post creating and scheduling, also to response comments and messages, and analyze engagement metrics 
• Works for Menarini e-shop promotion planning and backend support, and host monthly e-commerce meeting for data analysis and understand the key learning
• Plan and implement CRM campaign to nurture leads and maintain engagement with existing customers
• Create consumer insights, prepare copywriting to generate consumer demands 
• To support line manager for any ad hoc projects, ensure timely and effective execution
• Also be the brand owner of assigned minor brands 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Communication, Digital or similar field 
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing 
• Previous marketing experience in digital agency, e-commerce, FMCG or pharmaceutical company is preferred
• MUST be good at Chinese writing 
• Fast pace, aggressive, and cheerful
• With can-do attitude
