Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

• Coordinate shipments with local and international freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners.

• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

• Manage the warehouse and conduct regular stocktakes.

• Handle import and export declarations.

• Pack goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.

• Maintain accurate shipping data and inventory records in the system.

• Track delivery status and resolve shipping-related issues.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Prepare monthly shipping and logistics reports.

• Perform general office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

• Occasionally perform outdoor logistics tasks, such as delivering or collecting goods.

• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant shipping or logistics experience.

• Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs procedures.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced Excel, including formulas and pivot tables).

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to physically pack goods and handle them properly.

• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• General office administrative experience is an advantage.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
