About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

• Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation

• Managing project teams and coordinating with customers

• Monitoring project progress against established benchmarks and taking corrective action when necessary

• Identifying, analysing, and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery

• Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle

• Conducting regular status meetings and communicating project updates to stakeholders

• Documenting project deliverables and ensuring quality assurance standards are met

• Leading post-project reviews and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement

• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and external partners

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within the Information and Communication Technology sector

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches

• Professional project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)

• Experience with budget management and financial planning

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage ambiguity

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, or technology services is preferred
