Requirements

  • MSc in Architecture/QS/E&M/Planning or a related discipline, with solid working experience in property development projects

  • Managed previously mixed-use development projects from planning to completion in Hong Kong and China

  • Ability to manage and liaison with consultancy teams and relevant government parties

  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsbibilities

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
