Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media industry influencers, publications, and journalists.

• Negotiate and manage partnerships with media and event organizers to achieve strategic collaborations.

• Develop and implement media plans aligned with project’s target regions, industries, and audience segments.

• žCreate and oversee the distribution of press releases and visitor eDMs, ensuring content aligns with project goals and overall campaign strategy.

• Organize and execute press activities, such as media briefings and press conferences, and prepare materials for media kit.

• Provide post-event media reports with key insights and recommendations.

• Monitor and evaluate media performance, tracking media coverage, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness to support continuous optimization.

• Lead and support other overseas promotion initiatives, including seminars, trade fairs, networking events, presentation ceremony, etc
  

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communication or business related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media relations, preferably working in exhibition industry

• Good command of both spoken  and written Chinese  and English, and proficient in MS Office Applications

• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
