Job Description :

• Provide full scope of HR services including, HR record, attendance record, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
• Provide full scope of HR including HR Personnel file, Staff attendance record, Recruitment, Employee engagement activity, maintain staff database, work injury cases etc.
• Perform general office administration duties including office supplies ordering, maintenance arrangement, Coordinate various company activities such as: Birthday Celebration, Christmas Party, Annual Dinner and CNY Dinner etc. and ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• 2 years of relevant working experience in Administrative & HR work would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese
• Independent & detail-minded
• Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
• Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of labor Law is an advantage.

5.5 days work per week
Working Location: Yuen Long Industrial Estate
