Duties:

• Execute projects including progress monitoring, on-site supervision, quality control and cost control etc.

• Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works.

• Handle and entertain all documentation, correspondences and meetings with the Clients and its representatives and consultants.

• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.

• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines.

• Must have min. 5-7 years solid experience in fitting out/ building/ A&A project with min. 2-3 years in management level.

• Strong technical background and site experience.

• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Leadership, Responsible and able to work under pressure.

• Experience in quantity surveying or contract management field is an advantage.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
