Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage material procurement, sub-letting works, and budget control.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare interim payments, valuation of variation works, and final accounts.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fitting out, building, or A&A projects (More experience may be considered as AQS).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy in measurements and cost calculations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
