We are a Property Developer and a rapidly expanding construction company both in Hong Kong and Overseas. To cope with our expansion, we invite high caliber, aggressive, and challenge-seeking candidate to join us for the following post:

Contractor Labour Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the attendance, wage payments and MPF contributions to all site workers
  • Assist in handling and monitoring complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions raised by site workers
  • Work with relevant departments / parties to fulfill submission requirements of the project
  • Refer to complaints on wage arrears to Labour Department as necessary and provide necessary assistance to Labour Department to facilitate investigation and/ or dispute resolution where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, including Chinese Language, English Language and mathematics, or equivalent, or 5 subjects at grade E or above in the HKCEE or equivalent, including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics
  • Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ relevant or HR working experiences
  • Good computer skills including using MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
