In 2017, AHS Device, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHS, was established in Hong Kong. Its mission is to recycle and recirculate the second-hand electronics in global market. Relying on its unique overseas business model and a fully-functional support system, in the past two years, AHS Device has successfully stepped into Hong Kong, US and Dubai. Furthermore, it has already established cooperation with Trocafone and Cashify, leading enterprises in second-hand business in Brazil and India. AHS Device will extend to Europe and Southeast Asia in near future and establish a global partnership network.

Sales Manager (Southeast Asia)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan for second-hand smartphone business in Southeast Asia, taking responsibility for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets;
  • Cooperate with local smartphone companies and service providers to develop new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong business relationship with key accounts customers;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Manage and communicate with local customers and suppliers;
  • Develop country specified upstream and downstream growth strategy focused on both volume and financial gain;
  • Review and analyze the current situation of local smartphone market and provide  strategic leadership and direction to drive the success of business;
  • Expand existing partner relationships, include existing or new product offerings thus leading to new revenue opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business-related disciplines, with at least 8 years working experience in smartphone / second-hand smartphone industry;
  • Experience of Southeast Asia countries is highly preferred;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and identify opportunities to improve processes and exceed the business plan deliverables;
  • Have direct or indirect sales channel and network in smartphone or second-hand smartphone distribution;
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin), fluent spoken languages in Southeast Asia (e.g. Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, etc. ) are an advantage;
  • Frequent business trip is required.
