About the role

As an ERP Project Consultant at Aim System Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for our diverse client base. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP projects, from initial scoping to final deployment and user adoption.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and finance stakeholders, to ensure the ERP solution meets the client's unique needs

3. Provide expert-level guidance and support to clients throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle

4. Identify and resolve complex technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless system integration and performance

5. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports

6. Continuously monitor and optimize ERP systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and user adoption

7. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system

What we're looking for

1. Experience in ERP implementation, ideally with exposure to enterprise-level ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable

2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects from start to finish

3. Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and supply chain management

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

5. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans

6. Hands-on experience with ERP system configuration, customization, and integration

7. Certification in ERP implementation or project management is highly desirable
