Job Description

• Liaison with subcontractors and site supervision.

• Manage projects and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

• Collaborating with project manager/director to ensure progress control, safety and quality assurance.

• Monitor project quality and site progress.

• Attend site progress meetings.

• Tendering, documents and drawings submission.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with bachelor degree or above is preferred.

• Candidate with engineering background and procurement experience is definitely an advantage.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Logical thinking and strong communication and coordination skill.

• 1 to 3 years of solid working experience; Fresh graduate will also be considered.

• Fluent Cantonese, Fluent English and Good Putonghua.

• Able to read and write business correspondence in English and Chinese.

• Comprehensive skill in using MS Office including Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing, knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Graphic Design will be an advantage.
