Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and handle full set of accounts independently

• Process AR/AP transactions, including invoicing, payments, and employee expense reimbursements

• Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and maintain proper filing of financial documents

• Assist in monthly financial statements, management reports, and account schedules (including small/inactive companies)

• Lead consolidated financial statements for group subsidiaries (policy alignment, intercompany elimination, FX translation, compliance review)

• Coordinate annual Hong Kong Profits Tax filing and work with external tax advisors

• Liaise with auditors during year-end audit (working papers, variance explanations, internal control support)

• Handle company secretarial matters (board minutes, statutory filings, shareholder register, Companies Registry submissions)

• Provide basic financial analysis, variance reports, and ad-hoc support to senior management

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

• HKICPA qualification (or pursuing) preferred

• Audit firm experience is an advantage; solid knowledge of HKFRS, Companies Ordinance, and tax regulations

• Strong consolidation and reporting skills

• Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling); NetSuite experience is a plus

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
