Responsibilities:

• Handle low value purchases and assist supervisors to handle medium to high value purchases for equipment and IT services
• Conduct market research and sourcing activities for general purchases and provide analysis for decision making
• Conduct Request for Quotation exercises and prepare purchase orders
• Respond promptly to the user enquiry about procurement status and process
• Prepare standard procurement documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to procurement operations including report generation and record management of procurement correspondences
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience
• Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, e.g. Oracle Financial / Procurement system is preferred  
• Experience in using MS office, excel and PowerPoint is preferred
• Experience in WTO GPA tender would be an advantage
• Good analytic skill, communication and negotiation skills with positive attitude
• Organize and able to work independently to prioritize works, and a good team player
• High level of integrity and sense of accountability
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
