This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in supervision of the contractor’s works in electrical, mechanical and control systems
• Coordinate with maintenance and operation teams to facilitate the project implementation on electrical, mechanical and control systems
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the project implementation works are conducted in safe and efficient manner with minimal impact to daily operations
• Carry out regular inspection on electrical and mechanical installation to ensure it complies with statutory requirements and required quality standards
• Identify design and construction issues and liaise with relevant parties to provide effective engineering solutions
• Coordinate with internal parties for handover inspection, testing and commissioning of new assets
• Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant working experience in maintenance, construction and/or project management of electrical or mechanical related engineering works.  Degree holder with 6 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
• Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable airport facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
• Proactive, service oriented and be able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
