Responsibilities:

• Provide leasing administrative support in tendering process, document preparation, letter correspondences, record management, etc.
• Provide fit-out works support including meeting co-ordination, permit application, site inspection, etc.
• Perform daily property management duties including monitoring of licensees' performances, report compilation, enquiries handling, etc.
• Assist in market research and pre-marketing exercise to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIA
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Property Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year of working experience in sizable organizations
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
