About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team of AJM Design Group Ltd as a Project Designer (Workplace Design & Build). In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions for a range of commercial clients. The role is based in the Wan Chai District.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with the Senior Designer to produce detailed design plans, elevation drawings, and 3D visualizations to bring design ideas to life

• Issuing submission drawings, tender documents, specifications, and other project documentation

• Conducting site supervision by overseeing the implementation of interior design projects, which includes monitoring progress, maintaining quality control, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance

• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution and successful completion for the project

What we're looking for

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field

• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably in the workplace design and build sector

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and visually stunning interior spaces and concept
