Relationship Manager

Monthly salary up to HK$52,000 (depends on experience) plus quarterly incentive and year-end bonus!

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a global bank to support its business growth. If you have front line working experience within banking or have previous good customer service experience, join the team now! The bank will provide full training to support your career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and establishing long term relationships with an assigned high-net-worth portfolio
  • Managing the total wealth of clients by mapping financial products and services to meet their needs, including but not limited to investment, insurance and other banking products
  • Identifying prospective financial needs of clients with genuine curiosity
  • Working closely with product specialists to provide professional advisory to clients
  • Referring prospective clients to other business units where appropriate
  • Supporting in-branch promotions
  • Adhering to local and global compliance by fulfilling audit requirements and quality assurance
  • Adhering to operational integrity and business principles as required

Requirement

  • Holder of bachelor degree, preferably in finance, business or related disciplines
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1,2,3 and HKSI Paper 1,7,8
  • At least 3 years of client servicing experiences in banking or financial industry
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a definite plus
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial markets, both investment and insurance
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service
  • Mature and independent, able to work under pressure 
  • Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills 
  • Candidate without banking background or less experience may be considered as Relationship Officer
