Key tasks & responsibilities:
Assist in aftersales service activities of BMU services and maintenance
Involve in quotation preparation, tender submission or related documentation works following group policies
Support in site inspection, material sourcing, renewal of maintenance and service contracts etc.
Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and progress of works (work management) compliance with the requirement
Ensure work done of the team is properly invoiced and payment is received
Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies:
Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
Min. 2 years relevant working experience in service sales or building maintenance is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
More experienced candidates will be considered as Engineer
Immediately available is an advantage
