Key tasks & responsibilities:
Responsible for engineering design /calculation, design review and adjustment during project execution
Work with the project team for gondola design and project management including oversee the site installation / testing and commission management etc.
Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with external and internal stakeholders on all related aspects during project executions
Report to supervisor for any critical and potential impacts on cost and/or compliance through the progress
Provide technical support and/or defect liability periods arrangement for Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) Service Department
Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies:
Diploma or above in Mechanical / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
At least 2 years project management experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized, self-motivated, willing to learn and outgoing
Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD
Good command of English and Cantonese
More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
Immediately available is an advantage
