Roles 

• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic marketing and communications plan

• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms (Instagram, WeChat, Facebook, Weibo, Discord, Xiaohongshu, Twitter, etc.)

• Creating online ads campaign including boosting

• Construct quality written collaterals, including but not limit to proposals, press releases materials, EDM, banners, and social media posts

• Perform project management with different department from concept to life for integrated communication projects

• Monitor and analyse performance data, provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and achieve business goal

• Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and prepare monthly reports

• Expose to a wide variety of projects, from art to lifestyle, corporate clients and e-commerce, etc

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience

• Experience in digital marketing or public relations is a must -Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

• Experience in ad boosting and managing Discord Server is preferred

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese -Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communications skills

• Strong multi-tasking skills, able to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under tight timelines

• Immediate availability is preferred
