About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic creative team at AllRightsReserved Limited'. This is a full-time role based in our Wan Chai District office. As the Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our brand, leading the design of high-impact campaigns and innovative brand experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and execute compelling, visually-striking designs and art direction across a range of print and digital mediums

• Lead design projects from initial ideation to final delivery, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending new design approaches and techniques

• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the company's unique positioning

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Senior Designer, ideally with strong knowledge of output/print production, video shooting, and the multimedia industry.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, design skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas

• A keen eye for typography, colour, layout and visual aesthetics

• The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities

• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for creating impactful, innovative work
