Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators across the APAC region.

• Develop and execute regional sales and channel strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and go-to-market priorities.

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through direct engagement, channel partners, and strategic alliances.

• Manage and expand relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and key enterprise customers.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospect development and opportunity management through negotiation, closing, and order fulfillment.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and deliver regular market and performance updates to management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and technical teams to ensure strong customer support and successful execution.

• Represent the company at local and international meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence and business development.

• Lead, develop, and manage the sales team across the APAC region to drive performance, accountability, and business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proven sales and channel management experience gained from a vendor, distributor, and/or reseller within the technology industry, ideally in networking solutions.

• Strong understanding of networking technologies, preferably including wired and wireless solutions.

• Demonstrated success in developing regional business, managing channel ecosystems, and delivering revenue growth in APAC markets.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; additional Asian language skills such as Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, or Thai are a plus.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region as required.

• Experience in the industrial sector would be an advantage.
