We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our company as an Assistant Marketing Manager. This position will primarily focus on e-commerce and brand management, playing a vital role in promoting our products and driving online sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and brand development within the wine industry.
Job Description
E-Commerce & Website Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for the company website to drive online sales and support brand positioning.
Manage all aspects of the website including product listings, pricing, inventory, and timely content updates to ensure accuracy, customer inquiries, CRM program and a seamless customer experience.
Optimize website design, layout, navigation, and mobile responsiveness for user engagement and conversion.
Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer behavior, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Apply SEO best practices and structured data markup for improved search visibility and product discoverability.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance website features, implement security protocols, and troubleshoot issues.
Lead design and development of website content, including graphics, banners, landing pages, and multimedia assets that support marketing objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of e-commerce best practices.
Email Marketing and Promotion:
Plan, create, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns to boost engagement, drive sales, and nurture customer loyalty
Design and optimize visually appealing email templates using segmentation and personalization for different customer groups.
Monitor campaign performance, including open and click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, making data-driven improvements where necessary.
Coordinate email newsletters, seasonal promotions, and automated customer journeys that align with overall marketing activities.
Ensure brand alignment in all email communication.
Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
· Develop creative and platform-tailored social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales.
· Curate and post visually compelling and on-brand content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including product spotlights, events, educational features, and industry news.
· Engage proactively with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with influencers and industry partners.
· Maintain a consistent posting schedule while aligning social channels with overall marketing campaigns and events.
· Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement rates, and audience growth to guide future strategy.
· Ensure platform-specific optimization and brand consistency through design of posts, stories, reels, and professional updates.
Brand Management:
Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies for company-owned and agency brands.
Maintain and elevate brand identity and values across all channels, with consistent messaging and positioning.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer and competitive insights to inform brand strategy and communications.
Collaborate with sales and product teams on forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning, ensuring accurate representation in all markets.
Assist the planning and execution of brand-related events, trade marketing initiatives, and industry partnerships.
Assist at organizing and attending internal and external events
Content Creation & Design:
Produce high-quality visuals, graphics, videos, and written copy for use across the website, social media, email, and promotional campaigns.
Design and refine website layouts, landing pages, banners, and digital assets to enhance user experience and support marketing initiatives.
Craft creative concepts for campaigns, events, product launches, and storytelling, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and goals.
Coordinate with partners and internal teams to support the development of sales presentations, trade materials, and event collateral.
Continuously update and maintain a library of brand assets for company-wide use.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline
3-year experience in e-Commerce and/or brand management, preferably within the wine or beverage industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skill
Graphic Design skills and Content Creation
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey brand messaging effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, and web analytics tools
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for wine and a solid understanding of the wine industry and consumer preferences
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in e-Commerce, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point & etc
