Human Resources Officer (Recruitment focus)


Recruitment related:

  • Coordinate Job advertisement posting and records maintenance
  • Coordinate/Support on candidate screening: CV screening, conduct/coordinate Interview and prepare interview summary
  • Coordinate/Support on employment offer and new employee onboarding communication and documentation
  • Support HR System/Record update and maintenance
  • Recruitment data and records maintenance and reporting

 Other than Recruitment:

  • support on other HR activities include but not limited to employee enquiries, company activities, HR policies documentation, HR projects and etc.



  • Higher Diploma or above in Human resources Management preferrable
  • 3-5 years relevant experience focus on recruitment aspect
  • Experience in handling recruitment activities in other Asia countries preferrable
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Good techniques for interviewing & selection
  • Proactive and open communication
  • Attention to details, people-oriented, good team player
  • Self-discipline, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient computer skill in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
