We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Integrity (Technical)/ Specialist, Product Integrity (Technical) to join Arc’teryx in Hong Kong Office.
You will play a key leadership role in ensuring our apparel and accessories meet the highest standards of construction, quality, and performance across global manufacturing partners. You will work cross‑functionally from design through bulk production, influence strategic quality decisions, and mentor others while safeguarding Arc’teryx’s premium product integrity.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Design and Product Development during early development phases to provide expert technical evaluations and construction feedback.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve construction standards, quality benchmarks, and global quality workflows.
Review and approve technical packages, construction details, and DFM readiness for new and transitioning models.
Lead seasonal technical quality reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation plans for high‑risk products.
Approve sealed samples at size‑set stage and support smooth transition into bulk production.
Drive vendor capability development through assessments, onboarding, training, and standard alignment.
Provide advanced technical guidance on apparel construction, materials, and manufacturing methods across categories.
Mentor junior Product Integrity team members and support their technical growth.
Represent Product Integrity in cross‑functional and strategic meetings to influence quality and construction decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality data, preventive actions, and best manufacturing practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Fashion, Clothing Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, product integrity, or quality management.
Deep expertise in apparel construction, materials, and global manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence technical decisions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑management capabilities.
Experience working directly with vendors and factories in a global supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
Ability to work flexibly, travel as required, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Specialist, Product Integrity (Technical).
