AMI Bar Supervisor (5-Day Work)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail with mixed ingredients
  • Build positive rapport with guests
  • Maintain adequate stock level of liquor, wine, spirits and bar related supplies for smooth bar & restaurant operations
  • Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
  • Ensure that all food & beverage service is provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee our guests with enjoyable and pleasant experience
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge in whisky & wine is a definite advantage
  • Team player, outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
  • Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
