Ami and Wood Ear are the group’s latest project, presenting an elevated “fine bistronomie" experience, where guests can enjoy great food with a fine dining touch as well as rare whiskies in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The group also introduced the legendary DALLOYAU brand from Paris to Hong Kong, running seven retail shops and restaurants in the city’s most premium locations.

AMI Host /Hostess Supervisor I (5-day) I (Sunday off) I (Work @ Landmark) (R1031-HS-AMI)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties independently
  • Manage reservations and greet guests cordially
  • Coordinate private events and parties
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience from hotels / fine dining restaurants
  • Experience in managing reception stand independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cheerful, polite, presentable, matured, proactive, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well-mannered telephone etiquette
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Host /Hostess Supervisor)
