AMI Senior Host / Senior Hostess (Michelin Modern French Dining) | (5-Day)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage reception duties
  • Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and guide customers to their tables
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience from hotels / fine dining restaurants
  • Experience in managing reception stand independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cheerful, polite, presentable, proactive, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well-mannered telephone etiquette
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Host /Hostess)
