Logistic /Shipping clerk 物流文員

Job Description

  • Assist in handling all aspects of logistic and necessary documents
  • Cooperate with team members and others to achieve desired results and support business needs
  • Liaise with shipping forwarders 
  • Custom declaration for shipments
  • All export procedures with shipping forwarder and third party shipping ERP system
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

  • F6 or above
  • At Least 1 year of relevant working experience in Warehouse shipping/logistics
  • Strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Able to communication with English and Mandarin 
  • familiar with logistic systems is preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
