Liquidity Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage liquidity across fiat, stablecoins, and crypto assets to ensure optimal operational efficiency
  • Maintain adequate reserves to meet transaction demands and operational requirements
  • Identify and mitigate liquidity risks related to market volatility, transaction delays, or counterparty risks
  • Establish safeguards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze transaction patterns, market trends, and business needs to provide actionable recommendations to optimize liquidity
  • Advise the business on efficient allocation of resources across fiat and crypto ecosystems
  • Provide input on treasury and capital allocation strategies to support scaling operations
  • Prepare regular reports on liquidity positions, transaction flows, and key performance metrics
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with business teams to support liquidity-related initiatives
  • Liaise with financial partners, exchanges, and counterparties to maintain strong relationships and favorable terms


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in liquidity management, treasury, or financial operations, preferably in a Web3, fintech, or crypto environment
  • Hands-on experience managing fiat, stablecoin, and cryptocurrency transactions
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and cryptocurrency markets
  • Familiarity with liquidity pools, market-making, and automated market makers (AMMs)
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, transaction reconciliation, and reporting tools
  • Deep understanding of fiat on-ramps/off-ramps, stablecoins, and cryptocurrency payment processors
  • Awareness of crypto regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to present recommendations to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
