Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed.
• Manage and update HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Responsible for business trip applications, ensuring travel arrangements and approvals are processed efficiently.
• Support other ad hoc HR or Admin duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR and/or office administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work at least 3 working days per week
• 3 months' contract (Renewable based on the performance and business needs)
