Manager, Business Development, Digital Marketing (Cross-Border)

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
  • Approach new agency partners and direct clients using a variety of methods, including but not limited to cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging in online networking in the regional level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and issue resolution
  • Commit to achieving the monthly targets set for sales gross profit and the specified quantity of new clients required per month
  • Responsible for pitching decks or media proposals, following up on campaigns, contributing to product development, and participating in ad-hoc project integration
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to drive revenue growth
  • Stay informed about industry developments, client needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market


 

Who You Are

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadline
  • Strong account servicing skills to provide high-quality standards 
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel to the APAC region to meet clients
