We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Hunter to join our growing team. While our solutions focus on cross-border digital advertising, we are looking for a pure media sales professional who understands the Hong Kong agency landscape and has the ability to open doors with direct brands. This is a frontline sales role where you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Drive the process from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring you achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly gross profit and revenue targets.

• Leverage your existing network to deepen relationships with media agencies (4As and Independents) to secure inclusion in media plans.

• Actively identify and pitch to direct clients to secure direct-to-brand contracts, diversifying the revenue pipeline.

• Actively hunt for new business opportunities across both agency and direct channels to build a robust and healthy sales pipeline.

• Understand client marketing objectives and work with our internal strategy teams to propose effective digital media solutions.

• Lead presentation meetings, articulate our value proposition clearly to media planners and brand owners, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Stay updated on general digital marketing trends in Hong Kong to effectively position our solutions against competitors.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, or Business Development.

• Proven experience selling to media agencies AND direct clients is essential. You should understand how agencies plan campaigns, but also possess the confidence to pitch directly to brands.

• A solid existing network of contacts including media planners/buyers and brand marketers in the Hong Kong market is highly preferred.

• You are a "Hunter" at heart—resilient, self-motivated, and driven by closing deals

• Strong understanding of general digital advertising metrics and the Hong Kong digital media ecosystem.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
