Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ESG Reporting Analyst to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) analysis strategy. This role involves crafting feasibility studies, preliminary reports, conducting national case studies, and developing emission reduction schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and experience managing projects both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive ESG reporting, tailored to both internal standards and external compliance requirements.
• Write feasibility studies and preliminary reports to assess the viability and impact of various ESG initiatives.
• Conduct detailed case studies on national and international examples to identify best practices and lessons learned in ESG implementation.
• Research and analyze technologies aimed at achieving net-zero emissions, evaluating their effectiveness and integration within our operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify key risks associated with ESG initiatives and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Analyze the feasibility and benefits of various policies related to ESG standards, particularly focusing on the domestic (Mainland China) and international markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand the ESG landscape, focusing on trends, challenges, and opportunities in Mainland China and abroad.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in ESG reporting, policy analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental issues, corporate governance, and social responsibility, particularly within the context of Mainland China and international markets.
• Previous experience in overseas and Mainland China projects will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively manage cross-regional communications and documentations.
