Overview

We specialize in providing cutting-edge IT solutions, cloud services, software development, and system integration to global clients. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to oversee and drive our IT business operations and expansion across Mainland China and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in cross-regional project execution and have a proven track record in scaling technology-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for the Mainland China and Hong Kong markets, including market entry plans, client acquisition, and product localization, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives. 

• Lead negotiations and closure of key client projects. Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprises, government bodies, and partners in both regions to expand market presence. 

• Oversee the end-to-end management of cross-regional IT projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery in accordance with relevant regulations and standards in Mainland China and Hong Kong. 

• Build and lead a high-performing business and technical team. Mentor talent, foster collaboration, and enhance the team’s professional capabilities and operational efficiency. 

• Coordinate Hong Kong and Mainland technical, sales, and operational teams to optimize resource allocation and streamline cross-border workflows. 

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in both markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Possession of professional IT certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent IT certification). 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within technology companies, involving business development or project delivery across Mainland China and International Markets. 

• Proven experience in leading cross-regional IT projects or teams and familiarity with the business and technology ecosystems in both markets. 

• Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and clients from diverse backgrounds. 

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

• Flexibility for frequent travel between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
