Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, or related disciplines).  

• Degree/Higher Certificate (preferably in Quality Management) or Minimum of 2 years in Quality Management.  

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply with excellent academic background  

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist Quality Manager for implementing the QMS procedures as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in API Hongkong Lab.  

• Prepare for HOKLAS accreditation and other accreditation scheme if necessary  

• Prepare and update the Quality Manual, operation procedure or other quality documents within the company.  

• Maintain the Quality System and performances in API as per expectation.  

• Record any deviation received and devise jointly with office manager corrective actions.  

• Record, evaluate and follow up any complaints received from customers.  

• Planning internal audit program in Hong Kong laboratory and operational offices.  

• Coordinate to conduct annual management review meeting as per schedule, maintain the minutes of review and ensure timely action on the decisions of the annual management review meeting.  

• Coordinate training programs in Hong Kong laboratory and operational office if it is necessary.  

• Maintain and perform the equipment calibration and update record 

•  Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of any corrective action implemented 

• Assisting in other duties as directed by the Quality Manager, APAC.

• Reports directly to the Quality Manager, APAC.
