R & D Officer

Requirements :

  • Degree in food sciences or related

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years R & D experience in food industry

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000 is preferred

  • Willing to travel, learn and proactive

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis for new products development

  • Product improvement

  • Assist in food cost management

  • Assist in new raw material testing & sourcing

  • Technical support to ensure food product safety, quality and fully comply with the company standard & regulatory requirement
