Architectural Project Unit Limited (APU), is a BIM-driven architectural firm that specializes in master planning, building consultancy, architecture and interior design. Our interior design team is rapidly growing and we are looking for enthusiastic talents to join our team.

• Design flair on architectural and interior design.
• Handle full-set drawings, production drawings and design presentation, including design concept, space planning for all layout & selection of materials, sample boards, mock up , etc.
• Selection and application of materials for design development
• Understand client’s requirement, and identify, communicate and resolve project issues as a team.
• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure the works performed in required standard and quality.
• Coordinate installation and liaise with clients and suppliers
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Interior Designer

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in Interior Design or Architecture
• Min. 2 years of experience in interior design with strong detailing skill. Fresh graduates are also welcomed and on-the-job training will be provided.
• Enthusiastic about design, creative and good presentation skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and 3D Rendering skills.
• Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
• Familiar with planning, design and execution, project management and building regulations in Hong Kong.
