We are seeking an experienced Designer to support our projects on site, coordinating closely with contractors to ensure the proper execution of interior design drawings and design intent.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior design or site coordination.

2. Experience in hospitality and large-scale complex development and fitting-out work project experience

3. Strong knowledge of interior design drawings and site coordination.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD and related software.

5. Excellent command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
   

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate on-site with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

2. Review and clarify interior design drawings, details, and specifications.

3. Monitor site progress and resolve design or coordination issues.

4. Attend site meetings and provide updates to the design team.

5. Ensure all works comply with design intent and project requirements.
