Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations tasks, including fund accounting, valuation, trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with various teams and external service providers (i.e., custodians, brokers, fund administrators, auditors, lawyers, etc) to ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions and related documentation
• Support the portfolio management team in monitoring and tracking investments, including updating investment records and portfolio reporting
• Assist in the preparation of fund performance reports, investor communications, and regulatory filings
• Conduct research and analysis on operational best practices to identify opportunities for process improvements related to marketing, tax, legal, and compliance issues

Qualification:

• University graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database, and web applications. Programming expertise is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Articulate in English and Mandarin
