Working closely with the CRM Manager, the CRM Specialist will be the engine of our day-to-day customer retention and lifecycle marketing operations. While the Manager focuses on the overarching architecture and strategy, you will be the hands-on expert driving the end-to-end execution of our campaigns. You will utilize market-leading CRM systems to deploy omnichannel marketing flows, connect our online and offline experiences (O2O), and dig into the data to ensure every campaign performs at its absolute best.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operation Implementation: Take ownership of the day-to-day setup, testing, and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging apps. Ensure all campaigns are delivered flawlessly and on time.
CRM System Management: Act as the hands-on operator of our CRM and marketing automation platforms. Build dynamic customer segments, set up automated trigger flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, birthday rewards), and manage database hygiene.
Omnichannel & O2O Integration: Bridge the gap between our e-commerce platform and physical retail stores. Execute O2O marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, encourage cross-channel shopping, and ensure a seamless customer experience wherever they interact with ARISTO.
Data Insights & Fine Management: Collaborate with the CRM Manager to monitor campaign performance. Pull regular reports, track key metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Conversion, CLV), conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to continuously "fine-tune" and optimize campaign messaging and targeting.
Content Coordination: Work seamlessly with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams to gather assets and ensure all CRM communications are visually compelling, on-brand, and highly engaging.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on execution experience in CRM, digital marketing, or e-commerce. Experience in the Luxury Retail, General Retail, or Beauty sector is highly advantageous.
Platform Expertise: Proven, super hands-on experience operating HubSpot and any other modern CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo). Additionally, hands-on experience with Seekflow or any other equivalent workflow and omnichannel platform is required. You should be highly comfortable navigating these systems daily to launch and manage campaigns.
O2O Knowledge: A solid understanding of omnichannel marketing and how to execute campaigns that connect offline retail environments with online digital experiences.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with marketing data. You know how to read campaign reports, understand what the numbers mean, and use them to make smart, tactical adjustments.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. A great team player who is ready to collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and other departments.
