IT Support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users, including

    • Setting up IT equipment such as desktop and notebook computers, computer peripherals, mobile devices, POS devices, NASs, LAN and wireless LAN

    • Copiers and CCTV systems

    • Managing systems accounts

    • Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and ERP (with POS) applications

  • Maintain daily operations of all IT equipment and applications

  • Perform IT administrative tasks including system documentation, procurement, filing, hardware and software inventory control

  • Assist with office administration, including generating regular reports from internal systems, and supporting office operations. 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in end-user technical support and troubleshooting on both hardware and software in the retail industry

  • Self-initiative, energetic and user oriented

  • Strong problems solving, interpersonal, presentation and communications skills

  • Solid technical, troubleshooting skills and experience in MS Windows, MS Office, Apple MacOS, Adobe products, PC LAN and wireless network installation

  • Required to provide technical support at headquarters, shops and pop-up stores

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Immediately available would be advantageous.
